Industrial Warehouse-Type Structures
Grupo IEP’s industrial warehouse-type structures are robust, versatile solutions derived from multi-tunnel greenhouses, designed for agricultural and livestock applications such as storage facilities, logistics centers, irrigation shelters, livestock housing, and aquaculture operations. Featuring modular galvanized steel frames with cladding options including metal sheets, polycarbonate, or sandwich panels, they offer rapid assembly, high airtightness and custom ventilation/climate control integration.

General Characteristics
These installations represent a specialized variant of multi-tunnel greenhouses, sharing the same basic structure but with reinforced designs that allow replacement of plastic covers with metal sheet or polycarbonate panels. The resulting construction functions as a fully operational warehouse, widely used across agricultural and livestock operations including machinery storage facilities, processing and packaging warehouses, irrigation control buildings, livestock shelters, and farming operations centers such as livestock farms and fish farms.

Grupo IEP’s industrial warehouse structures stand out for their exceptional dimensional flexibility, enabling adaptation to diverse agro-industrial applications. From compact irrigation shelters or livestock housing to expansive logistics warehouses, poultry farms, or aquaculture facilities, the modular design allows full customization of length, width, and height to meet each project’s specific requirements. This versatility ensures optimized spaces for machinery storage, agricultural product processing, animal husbandry, or complex equipment installation—always delivering functionality, accessibility, and efficiency regardless of operational scale or purpose.
Types of Industrial Warehouses
Like multi-tunnel greenhouses, these warehouses can be built with two distinct arch types (semi-circular/round arch or pointed/ogival arch), and can also feature straight roofs with flat or gabled designs.
These warehouses are classified according to their intended use, as their structural design remains fundamentally similar across applications.
Warehouses, Logistics Centers & Offices
Grupo IEP’s warehouses, logistics centers, and office facilities are structurally robust installations designed to incorporate climate control systems, ensuring optimal interior conditions. Featuring modular and customizable designs, they offer variable lengths with module widths ranging from 7 to 9.6 meters and eave heights between 2.5 to 5.5 meters (ridge heights adjustable as needed). The spacing between side posts ranges from 2 to 2.5 meters, while interior posts are distributed at 2.5, 4, or 5 meters, creating spacious and functional areas.
Cladding options include corrugated polycarbonate panels, metal sheets, or sandwich panels, providing versatility and durability to meet each client’s specific requirements.

Irrigation Shelters – Livestock Shelters
Simple structures, typically single-module units designed for climate protection: to house irrigation equipment or serve as animal shelters.
These basic installations rarely include additional equipment. Metal sheet cladding is the most common enclosure. Dimensions vary according to intended use.

Livestock Farming Facilities
These installations feature a modular structure that allows interconnection between units, facilitating farm expansion when required.
Their design and dimensions are highly adaptable, depending on the type of operation and required interior equipment: poultry farms, dairy production facilities, swine breeding centers, etc.

Aquaculture Facilities
These installations are specifically designed for freshwater aquaculture, adapted to high humidity conditions and constructed with corrosion-resistant materials.
The interior environment must be tailored to the biological requirements of the cultivated species, incorporating necessary equipment to maintain optimal water conditions for production.
