Ventilation Systems
Grupo IEP’s ventilation systems are essential for maintaining optimal greenhouse environments, promoting healthy crop growth through efficient climate control. Designed to adapt to diverse needs, we offer both natural ventilation solutions (featuring roof and side vents) and mechanical ventilation systems (using exhaust and circulation fans). These ensure uniform air exchange, precise temperature and humidity regulation, and balanced CO₂ distribution.

General Characteristics
An effective ventilation system is essential for proper greenhouse operation. Ventilation systems can be categorized into natural ventilation and mechanical ventilation systems.
Roof Vents
Located at the greenhouse’s peak, they allow hot, humid air to escape. Available in single or double configurations (¼ or ½ size) with fixed or motorized operation.
Side Vents
Positioned along the perimeter to enhance internal air circulation. Offered in fixed or motorized versions.
Exhaust Fans
Helical blade fans that force active greenhouse ventilation when natural roof venting proves insufficient. These systems homogenize the interior environment by extracting hot, humid air and replacing it with fresh external air, ensuring even CO₂ distribution while preventing heat and humidity stratification.
When paired with evaporative pads or water fogging systems, they additionally provide cooling effects for the internal climate.
Circulation Fans
These units recirculate air within the greenhouse to maintain uniform temperature and humidity levels. They prevent hot air accumulation in the upper sections, reduce water condensation risks, and promote plant transpiration and CO₂ absorption through controlled airflow.
