Gutters

Gutters are essential components for drainage and the fastening of covers in agricultural structures.

Standard gutter for multi-span greenhouses: With a width of 500 mm, 2 mm thickness, and 11 folds, it ensures high structural strength and efficient drainage in multi-span greenhouses. Made from hot-dip galvanized steel or Sendzimir Z-275, it offers excellent corrosion resistance.
Gutters for parral-type greenhouses: These include interior gutters (7 folds) and exterior gutters (6 folds), available in 1.5 mm or 2 mm thicknesses. Their design optimizes the fastening of plastic covers and mesh, adapting to the specific requirements of parral greenhouses. Manufactured in hot-dip galvanized steel or Sendzimir Z-275, they ensure strength and easy installation.

Capitals

Capitals are key components that connect pillars to arches or beams, evenly distributing loads. Manufactured from 2 mm thick Sendzimir Z-275 galvanized steel sheet, they offer high corrosion resistance and provide a strong connection in structures such as multi-span greenhouses or industrial buildings. Their precise design facilitates assembly and ensures structural stability under demanding weather conditions.

Pillars

Pillars provide the main vertical support for structures. Available in:

Square section: 80x80x3 mm and 80x80x2 mm dimensions, ideal for robust structures such as livestock buildings or agrovoltaic installations.
Rectangular section: 80x50x2 mm, perfect for applications requiring reduced weight without compromising strength.

Manufactured in hot-dip galvanized steel or Sendzimir Z-275, these pillars ensure long service life and resistance to heavy loads, adapting to various terrains through direct anchoring or concrete foundations.

Tubes

Tubes are versatile components used in arches, reinforcements, and other structural elements. Available in diameters of 90 mm, 76 mm, and 60 mm, with thicknesses of 3 mm, 2 mm, and 1.5 mm, they are manufactured from hot-dip galvanized steel, providing excellent corrosion resistance and flexibility for structures such as macrotunnels or parral greenhouses. Their design ensures quick installation and high load-bearing capacity.

Arches

Arches form the curved structure of multitunnel and macrotunnel greenhouses, supporting covers and climatic loads. Manufactured from round tube 60×2 mm or 60×1.5 mm with Sendzimir Z-275 galvanized steel, they provide optimal resistance against wind and snow. Their curved design maximizes interior space and facilitates the installation of plastic or polycarbonate covers, ensuring durability and stability.

Cultivation Bars, Pendulums, and Braces

These components reinforce and stabilize the structures:

Cultivation Bars: Round tubes of 60×1.5 mm and 40×1.5 mm made of Sendzimir Z-275 galvanized steel, used to support crops in trellis systems, optimizing space and light exposure.
Pendulums: Round tubes of 30×1.2 mm in Sendzimir Z-275 galvanized steel, connecting arches with cultivation bars, providing vertical support.
Braces: Also 30×1.2 mm, they reinforce the structure diagonally, increasing resistance to dynamic loads such as wind.

These elements are essential for horticultural and fruit greenhouses, ensuring efficient management and long service life.

Corner Pieces and Structural Reinforcements

Corner pieces and structural reinforcements strengthen the joints and ends of the structures:

Corner Pieces: Made of hot-dip galvanized steel with round tubes measuring 76×3 mm, 90×3 mm, 114×3 mm, or 114×4 mm, accompanied by support braces (“pies-amigo”) of 60×2 mm or 76×2 mm for ground anchoring. They provide stability at the corners of greenhouses or industrial buildings.
Structural Reinforcements: Include K-braces, corner reinforcements, support brace reinforcements, trusses, and lattices, made from galvanized steel (hot-dip or Sendzimir Z-275). These elements distribute loads, increasing resistance to extreme weather conditions and extending the structure’s durability.

Components:

Rectangular section beams of 80x50x2 mm and 80x50x1.5 mm.
Square section beams of 80x80x2 mm and 80x80x1.5 mm.
Round tubes of 60×1.5 mm.

Wires, Cables, and Braided Wires

These elements ensure the fastening of covers and reinforcements:

Wires: Available in mild galvanized (4.4 mm, 3 mm, 2.4 mm, 1.4 mm) and steel (4.2 mm, 3.8 mm, 3 mm, 2.5 mm, 2 mm) varieties, ideal for tensioning nets or plastics in parral-type greenhouses.
Cables: Made of triple galvanized steel (1×7+0) in thicknesses of 8 mm, 6 mm, 5 mm, and 4 mm, used for structural reinforcements and staking.
Three-strand Braided Wires: Also triple galvanized steel (1×3+0) in 8.2 mm and 6.5 mm sizes, offering high resistance for fastenings in structures exposed to strong winds.

Their galvanization ensures durability and weather resistance.

Profiles: H, C, U, and Omega

Profiles facilitate the fastening of covers and reinforcements:

H Profile: Sheet metal 35×35 mm and 50×40 mm, galvanized Sendzimir Z-275, for securing plastics or nets.
C Profile: Sheet metal 36×28 mm, hot-dip galvanized or Sendzimir Z-275, ideal for cover edges.
U Profile: Sheet metal 35×35 mm, galvanized Sendzimir Z-275, used in reinforcements and guides.
Omega Profile: Sheet metal 25×43 mm, hot-dip galvanized, for fastening covers on curved structures.

These profiles are lightweight, durable, and easy to install, optimizing the tightness of the structures.

PVC Clips and Slats

PVC clips and slats ensure the fastening of covers:

Clips: Flexible PVC pieces that hold plastics or nets to H and C profiles, guaranteeing a quick and secure installation.
Slats: Semi-rigid PVC pieces that fix covers to Omega profiles, providing a firm and weather-resistant hold.

Both are durable, UV-resistant, and easy to handle, ideal for greenhouses and industrial buildings.

Doors and Ventilation

These components improve accessibility and climate control:

Doors: Available in sliding and folding models, with coverings of sheet metal, polycarbonate, mesh, or plastic. They are sturdy and customizable, ideal for greenhouses or livestock buildings.
Roof Ventilation: Includes ventilation curves, reinforced ends, straight or curved racks, control bars, motors, and supports, optimizing air circulation in multitunnels.
Perimeter Ventilation: Equipped with rolling bars, steel clips, guides, telescopic arms, motors, reducers, and cranks, ensuring precise control of lateral ventilation, essential for crops and livestock.

Ratchets-Tensioners, Clamps, and Fasteners

These elements ensure the proper joining and tensioning of structural components:

Ratchets-Tensioners: 16 mm corrugated steel tensioners and 1- or 2-axis ratchets, available galvanized, zinc-coated, or with black primer. They are essential for tightening wires and cables in trellises or reinforcement systems, ensuring a firm and adjustable grip.
Clamps: Made from 2.5 mm thick galvanized Sendzimir Z-275 steel sheet, these pieces connect tubes and beams with high mechanical resistance, facilitating a solid and secure assembly of the structure.
Fasteners: Grade 8.8 screws (according to DIN 931 and 933 standards) with Dacromet© coating, offering superior corrosion resistance, ideal for outdoor joints and ensuring the durability and stability of constructions.
