Insect-proof meshes: Made from high-density polyethylene (HDPE) with UV treatment for greater durability, our insect-proof meshes effectively prevent pest intrusion while ensuring proper ventilation. Available in various mesh densities (6×6, 6×9, 10×8, 10×10, 10×16, 10×20, 12×31 threads/cm²) to suit different levels of protection, light transmission, and shading.
Hail and bird protection meshes: These HDPE meshes with UV treatment offer effective protection against hail and birds, minimizing crop damage. Their low-shade design allows optimal light and air entry, supporting natural pollination. Available in dimensions (mm): 2.6×3 – 2.6×4 – 3.2×3.5 – 4×3 – 4×4 – 5×4.
Weed control ground covers: Made from stabilized raffia polypropylene tape (PPE) with UV treatment, our weed control meshes are resistant to mold and bacteria and improve greenhouse management. Easy to install and clean, they enhance internal operability, enabling efficient handling of containers and plants. We offer various weights (between 100 and 130 g/m²) to meet the specific needs of each application.
Coverings
We offer a wide variety of coverings for greenhouses and agricultural buildings, tailored to the requirements of each project:
Plastic films: We supply polyethylene films in various gauges (720, 800, 900) with multilayer technology to enhance their mechanical and optical properties. These include resistance to chemicals and thermal effects to reduce heat loss. Light-diffusing films optimize photosynthesis and phototropism, while their high light transmission and aging resistance ensure superior performance. We complement these films with flexible clips and semi-rigid PVC battens for secure fastening.
Polycarbonate: We provide corrugated (0.8 mm) and cellular (from 4 mm to 32 mm) polycarbonate sheets for enclosing greenhouses and buildings. Corrugated polycarbonate is known for its impact resistance and stability, while cellular polycarbonate offers lightness, strength, and excellent thermal insulation. Both are available in a range of colors.
Metal sheet: For agricultural building enclosures, we offer galvanized and pre-lacquered steel sheets in various colors and profiles (corrugated and trapezoidal), providing a robust and long-lasting solution.
Sandwich panels: Our prefabricated sandwich panels, composed of two steel sheets (galvanized or pre-lacquered) with an insulating core of rigid polyurethane foam or rock wool, offer superior thermal and acoustic insulation for industrial buildings.
